Registration
This page is your home for Athlete Registration. Below you will find the link for the Rules Presentation which will give you access to online registration. If you have already completed the rules presentation you may click on the links to register your athletes. Please note, registering your athletes counts as your admission that you have viewed the presentation and agree to all Midland Athletic Department policies and procedures.
Take careful consideration to the following points:
- Any student athlete who wishes to participate must view the rules presentation with their parents and complete the registration.
- A physical must be on file with the Athletic office before an athlete will be allowed to participate.
- Both steps need to be completed before an athlete will be allowed to participate in a sport.
