A good question was asked last night about the need to complete registration again if you've already done if for a fall sport. The answer is NO. Registration is only done once and carries over to all sports. 

5th/6th Grade Basketball

Practice will start on November 2 at 6pm in Lacon. There will be a short parent meeting first and practice will follow. All 5th and 6th grade athletes planning on playing need to make sure they have a physical on file in the office and have completed athletic registration.

Schedule Changes

Please note a few schedule changes:

1) Just a reminder that there is no Girl's Game at Henry tomorrow night. This was changed a few weeks ago to 11/5 AT MIDLAND. That will be 8th grade night as well.

2) The High School Boy's basketball schedule has been changed. 12/8 was originally scheduled for at Galva. That has now been changed to at Midland. Please make this change any schedule that is out.

Midland High School Boy's Basketball will have an open gym tonight with 6:30-8:00.

Senior Night

Midland High School Senior Night for Volleyball and Volley for the Cure. This year's seniors are: Golf - Tyler Miller, Cross Country - Abbi Kelleher, Jenna Rock and Elliot Watkins, Volleyball - Havanna Gayon, Kayelynn Guthman, Dylan Herridge, Morgan Lambrecht, Maddi Lindstrom, Kaylee Miller, Makenna Schupp. Thank you seniors for all of your time and comittment to Midland Athletics. IHSA Regionals Golf

Yesterday the Midland High School Golf team traveled to Dwight to participate in the IHSA Regional. The team shot a 396 which placed them 9th out of 12 teams. Midland Freshman AJ Foster shot a 90 which advanced him as an individual to Monday's Sectional!
